This report assesses the progress of Phase 2 of MADE from March 2018 to February 2020 – a two-year extension period for the programme. The report details the steps taken by MADE during Phase 2, as it attempted to widen, deepen and mainstream the impacts of its market facilitation activities, largely focusing on the adoption and adaptation of the “advanced business model”. It also covers the key achievements and lessons learned from this phase of the programme, and outlines plans for implementing Phase 3.
