Reaching out to farmers in Northern Ghana

MADE’s partners at the University of Development Studies conducted a survey on radio programmes aired in 2014/2015 to assess how effectively MADE reach out to smallholder farmers. The findings show that more women than men engage in subsistence and small-scale farming and that, for both women and men, radio is the main source of information on agricultural practices.
