These guidelines employ a user-friendly format to explain what COVID-19 is, what the risks of catching the disease are, how one can assess potential symptoms, and what one should do if these symptoms are detected. They include illustrations that can be easily understood by everyone, and which have also been converted into flashcards for dissemination of COVID-19 messages. They are designed to be used by MADE graduate interns in the host businesses (MADE partners) that they will be placed with and the smallholder farmers they will be visiting, and will be useful as a vital source of information for all stakeholders involved in this programme.
