Salisu’s story: a craftsman turned farmer gets the formula right

Smallholder farmers are at the heart of MADE’s work with agribusinesses in Northern Ghana. This success story documents how one such farmer – Salisu Kadri – has benefited from MADE interventions. It explains how the MADE partner and input provider Allah is Able Agrochemicals Limited introduced Salisu to vegetable farming, providing him with improved seeds and fertiliser on credit together with training in vegetable cultivation and business enterprise advice. The success story describes how Allah is Able enabled Salisu to find the right formula to succeed in farming, with higher yields and a better income.
